Urban Sketching: NTK

Let's sketch in the National Library of Technology. NTK was designed by the Projektil Architekti studio. The centerpiece of the award-winning building is a rectangular, five-story open atrium with stairwells and elevators. Over two hundred avant-garde, "comics-style" drawings by the world-renowned artist Dan Perjovschi adorn the atrium’s concrete parapets.

11:00 : Meeting on the ground floor, in the space before entering the library itself.

You can enter the library without registering by getting a free day pass at the entrance.

13:00 : Meeting at the same spot, showing our sketches, sharing our experiences.

IMPORTANT:

Please, use only pencils, pens, markers etc. (no easel and no loose materials such as bottled inks, jars of water, etc.). 

As it is a study area I would like to ask you to not to speak loud and to behave with respect to the visitors. 

Nothing should fall down from the upper floors! 

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
