Urban Sketching: Novo Plaza

Let’s try to capture the life of a pre-Christmas shopping mall. Novo Plaza is a small shopping mall located a bit out of the city centre (but not too much, you can easily get there… it’s situated several bus stops from Kačerov metro station). Thanks to this, it’s still not as crowded as the large department stores in the centre.

It is already decorated in Christmas colors (so gold markers are a must 😉) and it offers nice views from one floor to another with a challenging perspective.

Schedule

5:00 pm: Meeting in front of Kavárna Creperie which is located on the top (=1st) floor, right above the main entrance to the centre. Novo Plaza on the map: https://en.mapy.cz/s/dovegunela

7:00 pm: Meeting at the same spot and showing our sketches.

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
