Urban Sketching: Bistro mezi řádky and Kooperativa galerie

Let's meet and sketch at Bistro mezi řádky, at "Kooperativa" building in Karlin where is also located the Kooperativa galerie which is currently hosting a small collection of works of art from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries by important Czech authors. From the cafe, you can sketch Karlin streets and Žižkov tower.

The cafe and galerie are on the 3rd floor. From the reception, take the stairs that go up to the cafe, if lost ask in the reception how to get to the cafe.

The entrance to the galery is free.

Please respect the galery rules to prevent any damage to the exibition, and leave outside the material that is susceptible of not being allowed in venue such as watercolors, pastels and any loose material like water jars, easels, bottles of ink, etc.

Schedule

2:00 pm: Meeting at the cafe Bistro mezi řádky, on the 3rd floor.

There isn't a table reserved but there should be a few free tables on weekend.

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
