Urban Sketching: Žižkovské mezidvorky

Let's meet and sketch at Žižkovské mezidvorky, a festival that opens up the courtyards of Žižkov. It’s a great chance to wander through places, each with its own atmosphere — some quiet, some full of small concerts, workshops or pop‑up cafés.

The mix of old Žižkov houses, staircases, balconies, improvised decorations and people passing through makes it a perfect setting for urban sketching. We can move from courtyard to courtyard, sketch a bit in each one and enjoy the relaxed, neighbourly vibe of the festival.

16:00 : Meeting at Havlíčkovo náměstí, near the monument. From there we will spread in various directions and explore the courtyards around.

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
