Summer Sketchbook Gathering

We would like to invite you to a special event where you can meet our regular members, see their summer sketchbooks and chat with them about their drawings, techniques and materials.

Our chapter Urban Sketchers Prague was running the Summer Stories Challenge that was kindly supported by the sketchbook manufacturer Leuchtturm 1917.

Our intention was to encourage our members to draw regularly and to explore the idea of storytelling through sketching — observing surroundings, noticing small moments, and reflecting on why certain scenes captured their attention . These sketchbooks became everyone's summer companions and you have an opportunity to have a look and get inspired.

When: Friday September 18th, 18:00 - 19:20

Where: Municipal library at Mariánské náměstí, in the section called Záliv

How to find Záliv? :) After you enter the building of the Municipal library, you will walk upstairs and continue straight to enter the library itself. There you will turn right, go to the end and turn left. Záliv is in the department of the scientific literature.
