Sketch Walk: Ořechovka - Kajetánka

Let’s meet for a sketch walk starting in the quiet residential area of Ořechovka and continuing through three distinctive sketching locations. We’ll walk the route together, and at each stop we’ll sketch for 30 minutes before moving on.

Stop 1 – St. Norbert Church

A neo‑Romanesque church built in the late 19th century. It’s one of the central landmarks of Ořechovka and sits quietly among residential streets.

Stop 2 – Na Kocourkách

A short residential street lined with older villas and gardens. It’s known for its slightly curved layout and calm, tucked‑away atmosphere.

Stop 3 – Kajetánka Park

A neighbourhood park with a small pond, sculpture and greenery.

For New Members

Our events are open to everyone who enjoys drawing and urban sketching. There are no fees, just bring your own sketchbook and media you like. There is no formal tuition given but you can certainly get inspired by others. All levels are welcome!

If you have urban sketching questions or suggestions, please bring them up with the group admins.
